Where are the Scriptures that demonstrate that the centralized agricultural tithes for Levites and the poor in the Promised Land have been redefined to be a worldwide monetary tithe for Pastor’s.

6. In the Law, every seventh year and every fiftieth year there could be no planting, nor sowing. Nor could there be no harvesting those years. Thus, no tithes were given those years.
