God’s Tithe Policy
by Ronald W Robey

When an Insurance Company issues an Insurance Policy, Guidelines are written in that policy. The insurance company agrees to pay to the Policy Holder a certain monetary amount should devastation affect the life and/or property of the Policy Holder,… providing the Policy Holder faithfully meet the Guidelines written in the policy for a certain monetary amount to be paid to the Insurance Company on a regular basis and before certain dates.

The expected payment required of the Policy Holder is written in stone. It must be met at the scheduled times, or the insurance policy is cancelled by the insurance provider.

In the Bible, we see that God has written up a Tithe Policy. In this POLICY, God has written specific Guidelines that the Policy Holder must abide by. Those Guidelines are as follows:

a) The tithe is to be taken from agricultural crops, flocks and herds. (Leviticus 27:30-33)

b) The tithe is to be observed nowhere else but in the land of Canaan. (Deuteronomy 12:1,10-11)

c) The tithe is to be given to Levites, widows, orphans, foreigners,… and even to the household of the one tithing. (Numbers 18:21,24-26; Deuteronomy 14:22-29; 26:12)

d) The tither is not to take his tithe to the House of God. (Numbers 18:22,24-26; Nehemiah 10:37-38)

e) The tithe is to be eaten. (Deuteronomy 14:22-29; 26:12)

If one is wishes to be a Policy Holder of the Tithe Policy, bud does not abide by the Guidelines written in the Tithe Policy as set forth by God in His word, one should not expect God to ease their burdens in times of devastation or crises.

Just as an Insurance Company is not obligated to issue a monetary payout to a Policy Holder who has not followed the Guidelines written in the insurance policy; God also is not obligated to counteract devastation that occurs in the life of a Policy Holder who does not follow the Guidelines written in the Tithe Policy.
