Evacuation Notice

If God announced a mandatory evacuation from religious institutions that teach a monetary tithe requirement, would you comply? or would you stay in such a religious institution, thinking you will be safe?

What if I told you that the evacuation has already been announced? It has.

2 Timothy 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 Timothy 3:2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
2 Timothy 3:3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
2 Timothy 3:4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
2 Timothy 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
2 Timothy 3:6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
2 Timothy 3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
2 Timothy 3:8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.

The phrase “false accusers” fits many teachers of the monetary tithe requirement doctrine today. When teaching that “God requires you to tithe your monetary income to the church”, these pastors are quick to accuse you of “robbing God” if you fail to give Him ten percent of your money.

Their supporting verses are borrowed from Malachi 3:8-10, which say:

Malachi 3:8 Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings.
Malachi 3:9 Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation.
Malachi 3:10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

First off, Malachi was speaking to the Priests of Israel, not the New Covenant Body of Believers in Christ Jesus. (see Malachi 1:1,6-7;2:1-3:10) Malachi was also speaking of the tithe required by Mosaic Law. This tithe was agricultural, not monetary. (Lev. 27:30-33)

When pastors use Malachi 3:8-10 to accuse you of robbing God in monetary tithes which, according to them, “God requires”, (a lie) they are guilty of handling the word of God deceitfully (see 2 Corinthians 4:1-2) and are guilty of being “false accusers”. 2 Timothy 3:5 admonishes us, “from such turn away”.

The evacuation notice has been announced. Will you comply?
