Why Should God be Pleased?

Many church members around the world today are told by their pastors that if they give their tithes faithfully, God will be pleased with them. Why would their tithes be pleasing to God, when

a) they are not tithing what God said was to be tithed, i.e agriculture and agricultural food by-products? Levitiicus 27:30,32; Deuteronomy 12:17; 14:22-23,26

b) they are not taking the tithe to where God said the tithe is to be taken, i.e the city of Jerusalem? Deuteronomy 12:10-11; 2 Chronicles 6:5-6

c) they are not giving the tithe to whom God said the tithe is to be given, i.e the tribe of Levi? Numbers 18:21-26; Deuteronomy 14:27-29; 26:12; Nehemiah 10:29,37-38

d) they are not giving the tithe when God said the tithe is to be given, i.e the third year? Deuteronomy 14:28-29; 26:12

Why should God be pleased, when people are not observing tithes as He decreed in His word they are to be observed?

It appears that people in the church are satisfied with doing things their own way and not God’s way.
Why should He be pleased?
