Why the Contradiction?

Pastors,

1. When you teach a monetary tithe requirement doctrine, you are not teaching God’s required tithe…
…you are teaching your own required tithe.

God said His tithe is to be agriculuttral, not monetary. (Leviticus 27:30,32)

2. When you teach that the congregation is to tithe to the House of God, you are not teaching God’s required tithe…
…you are teaching your own required tithe.

God said the congregation is not to go near the House of God with their tithes. (Numbers 18:21-24; reaffirmed in Numbers 18:29,37-38)

3. When you teach that the local church is the storehouse for tithes, you are not teaching God’s required tithe…
…you are teaching your own required tithe.

God said that the storehouse for tithes is in Jerusalem. (1 Kings 6:1-7; Malachi 3:10)

Why do you teach contrary to God’s word concerning tithes? Is it…

a) because you have not actually studied the Scriptures to see what they say concerning tithes?

b) that you are just teaching what you were taught concerning tithes by your pastors?

c) due to greed?

d) so that you don’t lose your pastoral position in the church?

One thing is certain. We know it is not because…

e) the Bible says that God requires the saved in Christ to tithe their money to the local church

f) God told you personally that He requires the saved in Christ to tithe their money to the local church

God will never contradict what He has written in His word. So why do you, a man who claims to love God’s word, contradict it with your monetary tithe requirement lie?
