I encourage you to study all of the above verses in their proper context. I only ask that, as you go into your study of the verses, you as if you are ignorant of

a) what God’s commanded tithe is
b) who God said are required to tithe
c) to whom God said His tithe is to be given
d) where God said tithes are to be observed
e) when God said His tithe is to be given
f) why God’s tithe is to be given

Go into the study with the mindset of one that has never heard of tithing before.

Don’t go into the study with a preconceived belief that God requires you to give Him a tenth of your monetary income and to take that tenth to your local church building. For if you do, you will not be able to see or understand exactly what God’s word is saying concerning the observance of His holy tithe.

Studying the Bible with a preconceived mindset is not studying the Bible.
