God’s Way, Either Way
by Ronald W Robey
According to the Bible, curses come upon those who place themselves under the Law, but do not keep the ENTIRE Law… all six hundred thirteen (613) commandments, statutes and torts written in the Mosaic/Levitic Law…
People do not realize it, but they are cursed when they attempt to obey God’s command to tithe but do not observe the other six hundred twelve (612) commandments, statutes and torts written in the Mosaic/Levitic Law..
This means that, even if you are tithing in the precise manner that God decreed tithes were to be observed, i.e.;…
a) tithing agricultural crops, flocks and herds only (Lev. 27:30-33; Deut. 12:8)
b) living in the land of Canaan when you tithe (Deut. 12:1,10-11)
c) giving the tithe to Levites, widows, orphans and foreigners in the land of Canaan every three years (Num. 18:24-26; Deut. 14:27-29; 26:12)
d) eating a tithe at the same time you give the tithe (Deut. 14:22-26)
3) having an Aaronic Priest present at the time you give your tithe (Num. 18:27-28; Neh. 10:37-38)
…but you are not observing the remaining six hundred plus (600+) commands, statutes and torts written in the Mosaic/Levitic Law, you are cursed.
By placing yourself under the Mosaic/Levitic Law through the obedience of the command to tithe, you are covenanting with God to observe all other commands, statutes and torts written in the Mosaic/Levitic Law.
If you tithe, but don’t offer sin sacrifices… you are cursed.
If you tithe, but wear garments that have more than one type thread woven into them… you are cursed.
If you tithe, but do not make yearly trips to Jerusalem for the three annual Feasts… you are cursed.
If you tithe, but do not stone your rebellious children… you are cursed.

Do you get the picture yet? It’s all God’s way… either way. Either you obey the Laws God handed down to Moses for the children of Israel, or you trust and follow Christ to have completed the works of the Law in your stead..

Romans 7:3 So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.
Romans 7:4 Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

You cannot mix Law and Grace.  A Christian who places himself in the House of the Law to obey its commands, statutes and torts, is unfaithful to Jesus Christ.
Galatians 5:4 Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.
You cannot live under both Law and Grace at the same time. When you choose to place yourself under the Law, you must turn your back on Christ. When you choose to follow Christ, you must turn your back on the Law.
