Monetary Tithing: A Doctrine Built on Silence

We are not to build our doctrines on silence. We are to build them on the word of God.

The word of God says that the tithes God comamdned are to be agriculture and agricultural food by products. (Le. 27:30,32; De. 12:17) To teach that tithe sare to be money is to call the word of God a lie and the God of the word a liar.

The word of God says that the command to tithe was given to the children of Israel (Le. 27:30-34) to be observed once they were safely living in the land of Canaan. (De. 12:10-11) To teach that tithes are required of Christians and are to be observed all over the world is to call the word of God a lie and the God of the word a liar.

The word of God says the congregation was forbidden by God to take tithes to the House of God. (Nu. 18:21-23; Ne. 10:29,37-38) To teach that the congregation is required by God to tithe to the House of God is to call the word of God a lie and the God of the word a liar.

The word of God says that the congregation is to give tithes to the tribe of Levi. (Nu. 18:21-26; Ne 10:29,37-38) To teach that the congregation is to give tithes to New Testament church leaders is to call the word of God a lie and the God of the word a liar.

The word of God says that God commanded only Levites to tithe to the House of God. (Ne. 10:29,37-38) To teach that God commands all Christians to tithe to the House of God is to call the word of God a lie and the God of the word a liar.

Tithing, as is taught in many mainstream religious denominations around the world today, is a doctrine invented from silence and contradicts the word of God and the God of the word in practically every facet of the doctrine..

When did God tell man to stop tithing? A better question would be, “When did God authorize pastors to teach a tithe that contradicts the tithe God commanded in His word?”
